FAQ
If you wish to enrol in an upcoming WSET Course please visit our bookings website for a list of courses currently open for enrolment. If the course you are interested in is not currently open for enrolments please register your interest and you will be emailed once dates are set and enrolments opened.
Students must be over 18 years old. You will be asked to provide your date of birth on enrolling (this is a WSET requirement).
While a good understanding of wines will help you understand the coursework, those who have been away from studying for some time usually find the routine and commitment required to study for a Level 3 course demanding. Evidence on past results suggests that all students will do better at Level 3 if they complete Level 2 first.
For this reason, we will no longer be accepting students straight into Level 3. If you have completed Level 2 elsewhere we welcome you onto a Level 3 course on verification of your results.
All courses have an enrolment deadline to give us time to register students with the WSET in London. We encourage you to enrol as soon as possible as all courses have a maximum number of students, and they do fill up. Late enrolments will be accepted where there is room on the course, but a late fee will be incurred.
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. No study materials will be released until all payment terms are met and students will not be allowed to start the course.
Credit Card - If you want to pay via credit card our booking site will add a small surcharge to your invoice.
Internet Banking - If you want to pay via bank transfer an invoice will be automatically generated.
Course places will not be held on non-payment of invoices. All students are registered with the WSET in London two days after the course enrolments close. Any course fees unpaid at this time will result in your enrolment being cancelled.
Our courses do not qualify for Study-link student loans. However, we are happy to offer a payment plan for Level 2 and Level 3. Please contact [email protected] for details.
On the date enrolments close you will be sent an email confirming course dates, teaching venue and examination date and when you will be given your course materials. Generally course materials are sent out a week before your course start date.
We use various venues in each city. Maps with venue details are on our booking site. Confirmation of venue and times will be emailed closer to the course start date.
